THE V DORMITORIES  success story begin with the VENUS PARKVIEW HOTEL

story in October 1977 when Mr. and Mrs. Teofilo  and Genoveva Villanueva closed the  deal on an unfinished hotel located right at the  heart of Baguio City and it started to opened its doors in 1978. At the start of the 21st century, Mr. Teofilo Villanueva had his vision in the dormitory business. He once said,  “ Baguio is consistently branded as the educational city in the North,  and the students are the most liquid  customers . “ He wondered where would these overflow of students DECENTLY stay ?   So that in early 2001, he immediately put up and  piloted  a 37-room dormitory building  named as Veneracion Dormitory along Sumulong St.,
     

And the rest is history  . Year after year, for fourteen years , he labored to fulfill his vision in the leasing business and accommodated students not only in the cordillera region but the whole of Luzon.   He built and bought  ten  ( 10 )  more  high rise , concrete  buildings with studio type units along  the  Baguio’s University belt emphasizing privacy  and convenience.
